The Colorado River Women's Council is committed to the safety of school-age children enrolled within the local schools of the Tri-State community of the Colorado River.
Our mission is to assist these school districts with their established safety protocol in this endeavor.

It is our ideal that by meeting with each elementary school for understanding of their safety supply needs, we then could offer the needed and/of unbudgeted supplies to enable the schools to be better prepared for any disaster, natural or otherwise.
Our goal states "Together, we can make a difference in the safety standards of our children's educational environment".
We were able to donate dozens of first aid kits with over 350 items in each kit to several classrooms in our elementary school district, thanks to the $3,000 donation from Advanced Animal Care.

Bennett Elementary School in Laughlin, NV was chosen as this years recipient of 2,000 children's face masks . The office manger Lonie Fisher said they must also supply the school bus drivers with masks for the children. If they don’t have one they cannot get on the bus.
