2025-2026 Corporate Sponsor

crwc leadership program

LEADERSHIP

Our purpose for the Leadership Program is to support Tri-State small business owners, and individuals sponsored by other community leaders, through our Leadership program to assist them in building a solid future within the community via field trips, seminars and introducing them to key community services and resources

In our program of nine-months, one Friday each month, those selected to participate will meet key members of the Tri-State Area relating to Public Safety, Government Operations, Interpersonal relationships such as team building, Media – who and how to use it effectively, Economic development of the area, and the Health and Education systems.

Each week is either held in a classroom or involves a field trip to a designated setting with those professionals overseeing or directly involved with the area of study for that week.

The program will culminate with leadership graduates embracing the spirit of the Tri-State area, establishing new community contacts that will support their growth, and selecting ways to provide a service back to the community.

The Leadership Program has become an impressive feeder program for CRWC, fostering an entity of informed and committed individuals working towards the goals of the Colorado River Women’s Council programs.
